Many women and girls who have been diagnosed with PCOS may at times feel frustrated, misunderstood, alone and sad. Being diagnosed with a syndrome that has no cure and may cause road blocks can be very difficult. However, there are many resources, professionals and other women and girls with the syndrome who are her to support you and guide you.

  3. Find a counselor who specializes in PCOS to talk to
  4. Find a plan and routine that works for you
  5. Nourish your mind, as well as your body
  6. Keep your stress to a minimum
  7. Be kind to yourself
  8. Set realistic goals
  9. Seek help when you need it
  10. Do it for yourself
